Our History

From its beginnings in the early 90’s, the Kutulas Serrano family were pioneers in the Antofagasta Region in developing residential projects with the closed condominium concept in the northern part of Antofagasta, offering high quality residences with security and common facilities. They later became known as the Kutulas houses.

Later on, in a joint venture with Inmobiliaria Aconcagua, they founded Inmobiliaria Ciudad del Norte to develop the Costa Laguna project, a new urban concept with varied services and amenities inside an enclosed urban area, offering a high standart residence solution to its clients. With this project, still underway, the Kutulas family has positioned themselves as the most prominent real estate and residence developer in the northern part of Chile.
