Mico Global and its team has participated in the development of more than 6 projects located in north of Chile, in charge of the coordination of planning, construction, and sale or administration of each of them, which are detailed below.

Costa Laguna

Costa Laguna Building: The project began in 2000, in stages which are still under development. Completed, it will include more than 18,000 apartments and housing units, commercial units, a supermarket, a school and an artificial lagoon in an approximately 800 acres, located to the north of Antofagasta. To date, more than 3,000 housing units have already been sold.

Plaza Angamos Building: Completed in 2020, apartment building with 84 units for sale, located in Antofagasta, capital of the Antofagasta Region.

Plaza Tokio Building: Project under development, estimated completion in 2023. 89 apartments for sales located in Antofagasta, close to the beach and the largest park in the city, ParqueJapones.

Centronor

Logistic Center Centronor: project is under development, estimated completion in 2023. The complex has 12 warehouse units and office units, located in the northern part of Antofagasta.

Paseo Matta

Paseo Matta Strip Center: Completed in 2014, it is a commercial complex with 14 built-to-rent commercial units, located in downtown Antofagasta.

Paseo Prat Building: Completed in 2019, built-to-rent building is 24,800 sq ft, with 8 stories of open floor plan concept, located in downtown Antofagasta, a port city which is also the main hub service for the mining region in Chile.
